Open book with pages folded into a heart shape. Soft focus with a warm, intimate mood. Background is dark, enhancing the book's texture.

Every February, the world gets loud about love. Flowers. Glitter-covered expectations. (Glitter... ugh...)

But that's not the kind of love story I belive in.

No, I believe in the kind that stays. The kind that forgives. The kind that doesn't walk away the first time things get uncomfortable.

And yes, I still believe in writing about it.

Real Love Isn't Perfect

The best love stories aren't built on flawless people. They're built on honest ones. They're built on midunderstandings that get talked through. On pride that gets humbled. On grief that softens instead of hardens.

If you've read my books, you know my heroes tend to be a little guarded. They can carry responsibility. Sometimes regret. Sometimes wounds they don't talk about.

And my heroines? They're steady and hopeful. Not naive, but willing to believe healing is possible.

That's because real love doesn't skip the hard parts. It walks through them. Clean romance isn't about pretending life is simple. It's about choosing to handle complexity with grace.

Faith Changes the Stakes

I don't write faith into my stories as decoration. It's not background wallpaper. It's the anchor.

Love without hope can feel fragile. Love rooted in faith feels steadier.

Faith gives forgiveness weight. It gives second chances meaning. It gives broken characters a path forward.

In my stories, God is present, sometimes quietly, sometimes directly, but always intentionally. Not because life is neat, but because redemption is real.

And that changes everything.

Second Chances Matter

One theme theme shows up again and again in my books: second chances.

Second chances in love. Second chances in faith. Second chances in life.

Why? Because life rarely moves in a straight line. People make mistakes. They carry shame. They walk away when they shouldn't. They stay when they should have left. They doubt. They struggle.

But grace doesn't expire. That's the kind of story I want to tell. The kind that says, "It's not over."

We Need Hopeful Stories

There's enough cynicism in the world. Enough stories that assume love fails. That faith is a crutch. That committment is optional.

I choose to write something different.

I write small-town settings where community still matters. I write guarded heroes who learn to trust again. I write steady women who choose courage over comfort. And I write clean Christian romance that leaves you lighter than when you started.

Not because life is easy. But rather because hope is stronger than fear... especially when you have the Lord fighting for you.

If You Love Stories Like This...

Here are a few romance authors I personally recommend if you're looking for clean, faith-filled love stories:

These authors write romance with depth, heart, and faith woven through the story.

And if you're already part of this community — thank you. Truly. Your support allows me to keep telling stories that point toward hope.

Because I still believe in love stories. The kind that show just how important love can truly be.
